Founded in late 2008 by Anthony Davis, Play4Property was born out of a creative desire to market real-estate in a challenging global economy.
For many in late 2008 - with a global recession, a banking crisis, job cuts, mortgage foreclosures and a failing property market - the possibility of home ownership seemed like just a dream and realtors and home-owners were discovering that something new and creative was needed to promote and market their properties.
So Play4Property was created; an online gaming competition website which enables players of our unique game of skill, Spot the Ball, to win the ultimate prize - home ownership - with odds as low as 1 in 15,000
Play4Property has a property pool of a wide range of homes in several countries - including the United States, United Kingdom and Australia - which consist of homes that realtors, developers and private home-owners have submitted to our global property pool for selection by a winner.
The winners of our competitions choose the property of their choice to suit their lifestyle - whether it be a tropical paradise vacation home, a family home in the suburbs, an inner-city bachelor pad or a quaint country cottage - and Play4Property co-ordinates and facilitates the property closing (and closing costs) between the home-owner/developer and our lucky prize winner.
But houses are not the only thing you can win at Play4Property. There are runner up prizes such as cars, laptop computers, gaming consoles and much more.
